1. Mind: I am commitmented to continuous learning. I have self empowering mind rituals that constantly feed my brain with positive thoughts and intentions. I read widely and keep my mind open to the wisdom shared by others. I keep my mind strong and I question the merit of everything. Only after observation, analysis and the use of my own intuition do I accept things to be true.

I have a self empowering exercise program that embraces deep breathing, aerobic & strength training, core stability, poise and flexibility. I eat a vegetarian diet full of healthy fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts, grains, pulses and other life giving energy foods. I make the best dietary choices possible in any given situation.
